AxL SpA - Divisione Alti Profili, for a leadign retail company, is looking for a:

**DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

As digital marketing specialist, reporting to E-Commerce Manager, you will be required to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid, affiliation and display advertising campaigns

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS and KPIs)

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Collaborate with digital agencies and other vendor partners

- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational activities in order to grant the best UX (content creator, e-merchandising, ad-hoc projects)

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Proven working experience in digital marketing, better if in agencies

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google My Business)

- Strong Customer Focus and result oriented, with the aim of constant improve of Paid and SEO traffic and conversion rate

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
