**THE JOB ROLE

- Digital Marketing Specialist that loves to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational approach.

- You'll lead the organic content strategy.

- You'll be in charge of driving brand awareness, affinity and engagement throughout all key social media platforms and in line with EF's brand positioning.

- You'll create organic social campaigns capable of encouraging social share and engagement, and manage the daily social media scheduling and posting, developing weekly/monthly content calendars based on KPIs.

- You'll write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.

- You'll handle results analysis process and provide a weekly report.

- You'll be able to manage Influencers and Communities.

- You'll oversee EF Ambassador program - from selection of ambassadors to executing social posts and events.

- You'll be responsible for monitoring, listening, and responding to users across all social channels, managing EF brand reputation and reviews across platform.

**REQUIRED SKILLS

- Fluent in English (excellent writing and speaking skills) and Italian.

- 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc. )

and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

- Good understanding of social media KPIs.

- Experience in running community groups on Facebook, etc.

- Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media.

- Passionate about Organic Social Strategies and keeping up with trend.

- Superior time management, able to work independently and within a team environment.

- Excellent multitasking, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a multicultural fast-paced environment, developing solid relationships and inspiring others.

**PREFERRED SKILLS

- Prior experience in the educational tourism industry.

- International experience considered a plus, even if only mínimal.
