PRIMARY PURPOSE AND GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE: The individual, reporting to the Trade Marketing Director, will be responsible for implementing digital and social marketing plans along with the ad-hoc plans for e-retailers and pure e-com local players.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan and execute all digital marketing and social media marketing • Design retailer-specific digital plans, and build and maintain our digital presence • Identify trends and insights with e-retailer/pure e-com local players and optimize spending and performance based on these insights • Collaborate with internal teams and creative strategies for growth in e-commerce and digital marketing for existing major retailers • Use analytical skills to evaluate the customer experience end-to-end across multiple channels and touchpoints • Identify conversion points and optimize user funnels • Collaborate with EMEA team on Amazon EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE: • Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields • Proven work experience in digital marketing for at least 2-3 years in our market/competitors • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM campaigns, social media • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate • Basic knowledge of digital advertising campaigns • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and online measurement LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
