PRIMARY PURPOSE AND GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

The individual, reporting to the Trade Marketing Director, will be responsible for implementing digital and social marketing plans along with the ad-hoc plans for e-retailers and pure e-com local players.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing and social media marketing• Design retailer-specific digital plans, and build and maintain our digital presence• Identify trends and insights with e-retailer/pure e-com local players and optimize spending and performance based on these insights• Collaborate with internal teams and creative strategies for growth in e-commerce and digital marketing for existing major retailers• Use analytical skills to evaluate the customer experience end-to-end across multiple channels and touchpoints• Identify conversion points and optimize user funnels• Collaborate with EMEA team on Amazon

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

• Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields• Proven work experience in digital marketing for at least 2-3 years in our market/competitors• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive attitude. • Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM campaigns, social media• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate• Basic knowledge of digital advertising campaigns• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and online measurement

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
