You will be based in Assago (MI) in a modern office setting with colleagues dedicated to Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and other functions.
Mission:
In this role you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, being responsible for the effectiveness of the digital marketing activities.
**Tasks**:
- Direct management of Amazon Ads campaigns platform to drive conversion
- Upload all products information on Amazon Platforms on a regular basis
- Ensure campaign listings are updated on a regular basis
- Management and planning of D2C Performance Campaigns according to channel commercial strategy
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, SEA, social media and Programmatic Display in order to reach different objectives
- Create Campaign analysis and reporting on performances to share evidence and learnings
- Ensure correct tagging and monitoring of all the Digital Activities
- Act proactively in creating business opportunities and developing new solutions to drive conversion
- Develop a solid working relationship with global and local stakeholders
- Creation and Management of Digital Contest
- Coordinate Digital Communities on social media
- Support in creating Digital campaign materials
Qualifications:
- Solid experience of developing, monitoring and optimize online performance campaigns to drive conversion
- Knowledge of Search Marketing (Paid & Organic), Affiliate Marketing and Link Building activities
- Understanding of CMS, analytics and internet technologies
- Experience of utilising web sites to build sales and UX
- Understanding the creative process in a marketing environment.
- Great organisational abilities, attention to detail and able to work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team with enthusiasm and drive
- Digital campaign management experience
- A media agency services background would be preferable
