Digital Marketing Specialist
They will report to Director Marketing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support and execute a digital and field demand generation plans and campaigns in line with overall business objectives.
- Foster seamless alignment between marketing and sales efforts by working closely with local sales teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Acts as a liaison with some external service providers, such as event suppliers or design firms, to discuss sponsorship terms & conditions or minor design & print jobs.
- Conduct in-depth market research to comprehend regional trends and competitive landscapes, shaping targeted marketing campaigns.
- Support logistics associated with tradeshows and events, including on-site support when necessary
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, continuously optimizing strategies for improvement. Generate monthly reports to track performance.
- Assist with internal marketing communications and ensure the availability of current Marketing assets and activity reports on internal resource channels, e. g. SharePoint.
Qualifications and Skillset:
- Education:_
University or Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in related discipline (Marketing, Business, Communications)
- Essential:_
- Proven experience (2 to 3 years) including related experience in the high-tech industry (ideally with global financial services software or software/consultancy in general).
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, strategic and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organization/logistics/project management of projects lasting more than 3 months
- Data-driven, comfortable interpreting data
- Excellent communicator and people skills
- A creative and innovative thinker who loves contributing to a team
- Driven, determined and ambitious - a real hunger to do great work and build an impressive career
- Strong presentation, writing and editing skills
- MS office programs, in particular Word, PPT and Excel
Preferable Skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation systems such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot.
- Familiarity with SEM & SEO, including Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Familiarity with CRM solutions, e. g. SalesForce
- HTML editor and web publishing experience is a plus, e. g. Sitecore
- Knowledge of Canva
- Fluent in English (written and orally) required. Additional French, Italian, Spanish, German or Dutch considered an advantage.
- Travel across EMEA region may be required, e. g. to support events across the region.
Location: London - Canary Wharf, Flex-Office (approx. 2 days a week at the office according to current company policy)
