Digital Marketing Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and implement the digital marketing strategy for the business. Each day, you will operate the tools, channels, and teams needed to generate a positive perception of our business. You will also showcase your expertise by maximizing the business impact of ABB's digital marketing activities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division in Italy and main stakeholders are LSO marketing team, global marketing automation team, external marketing automation agencies and sales team. You will be mainly accountable for: - Implementing the digital marketing strategy, initiatives and roadmap, aligned with the annual marketing plan, with a strong focus on CRM and Marketing Automation activities. - Responsibility and ownership of the Digital marketing activities related to Data Base, Nurturing and Lead Management, from a technical and a strategical point of view, becoming the point of reference for the Italian EL marketing&sales organization. - Driving and implementing a best-in-class CRM and Marketing Automation strategy and online presence resulting in enhanced user and customer experience and engagement across ABB's digital marketing and online platforms. - Advising stakeholders in the development of relevant digital marketing strategies and campaigns, whilst raising awareness for overall digital marketing capabilities. - Defining, creating and executing a solid set of data and Marketing Automation and Lead KPIs analytics in order to build a reporting methodology to increase the performance of websites, digital channels and campaigns
**Qualifications for the role**:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, better if experienced in CRM activities, lead management, marketing automation.
- You are willing to work in a proactive and collaborative team, passionate about keeping up with the digital marketing trends; you are innovative, with a creative but also data driven approach, ready to keep learning and master your skills about digital platforms and tools.
- Have a demonstrated track record in digital marketing/ marketing.
- You are at ease communicating in English and Italian.
