To boost our Online Department at our office in Milano, we are looking for a committed, highly motivated and fashion-conscious personality as Digital Marketing Specialist.

In this position, you report, analyze, forecast, and track digital campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders.

**Your Tasks**:

- Straightly work with Marketing Department in order to manage consistent plans for all the Sales Channels

- Create data-driven approaches to track and analyze campaign performance, and provide quality assurance to enhance main KPIs.

- Oversee and coordinate digital campaigns budget across multiple channels (SEM, Affiliate, Display, Social)

- Provide ongoing management and optimization of campaigns with a heavy emphasis on tracking and reporting

- Lead customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey

- Build paid search and display media plans on Marketplace

- Work closely with digital agency to drive success in meeting their goals

**Your Profile**:

- You have analytical skills

- Results and data-driven approach

- You have passion about anything digital

- You have a degree in Business, Marketing or Communication

- Preferably 3 years of experience in online marketing

- Knowledge of online acquisition media

- Agency experience beneficial

- Fluent in English
