Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES For Consultants/Senior Consultants: Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance campaigns across programmatic, search (AdWords, Bing), social (Facebook, Twitter), and display platforms. Handle campaign processes end-to-end, including strategy development, media planning, ad setup, daily optimization, and performance reporting. Maintain a strong focus on client KPIs and continuously seek innovative ways to exceed targets. Collaborate with clients on digital activities, trends, and reporting. Support digital leaders/partners in coordinating teams and projects. For Leaders: Shape and implement clients' multichannel digital marketing strategies across countries. Manage and optimize paid digital marketing budgets to deliver client objectives. Lead teams of specialists across channels (PPC, Retargeting, Display, Affiliation, Paid Social) while fostering collaboration. Drive client revenue growth and act as a primary escalation point for digital initiatives. Build and maintain trusted client relationships while monitoring competitive landscapes to provide actionable recommendations. Track and analyze KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and translate insights into strategic actions. QUALIFICATIONS For Consultants/Senior Consultants: 2+ years (Consultant) or 3-4+ years (Senior Consultant) of experience in digital performance campaign management. Proficiency in search and social platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter) and display performance vendors. Analytical mindset with strong financial and conversion optimization skills. Familiarity with ad-serving and analytics technologies. Excellent communication skills in English and Italian. For Leaders: 5+ years of experience in PPC, Display, Retargeting, and Paid Social, with the ability to scale campaigns effectively. Proven strategic and analytical skills, with expertise in marketing stack tools and KPI tracking. Strong team leadership, project management, and client management abilities. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-centric approach. Advanced English proficiency and the ability to handle complex cross-country campaigns. Personal Attributes Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver exemplary results. Strong collaboration and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to lead or work independently as needed. High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
