Your Mission:We are looking for a dynamic Digital Media Advertising Specialist to join our Digital Team based in Milan!Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager you will support in optimizing, analyzing and providing insights into online advertising campaigns. The Digital channel, experiencing strong growth, is a strategic pillar for Venchi's expansion in United Kingdom, Germany, France and United States.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for anyone eager to actively contribute to the success of a constantly evolving brand!Key Responsibilities: Daily campaigns and KPIs monitoring, with a full-funnel perspective, covering Awareness (impressions, page views, video views), Consideration (cost per view, cost per click) and Conversion (return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost). Performance analysis on Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio (e. g.

average order value, return on investment per channel), creating ad spend reports to ensure efficient budget allocation and achieve conversion goals. Application of A/B testing methodologies to contribute to creative design development and propose innovative ideas for campaign optimization (e. g.

conversion costs, search term impact, ad formats, bidding strategies). Benchmark to compare Venchi's positioning with competitors in terms of advertising strategy and media investments.

Identifying key performance gaps and their causes (e. g.

website traffic and bounce rate, conversion rate) to define and implement solutions. Monitoring the latest Adtech trends (e. g.

new channels, new ad formats) to draw inspiration from best practices, adapting and integrating them into Venchi's advertising strategy. The Ideal Candidate:At least 1-2 years of experience in online advertising, with a strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Demand Gen, PMAX) and Meta Ads (Business Manager and Meta Business Suite), other channels are a plus. Proven track record of success in driving advertising sales and achieving ambitious targets through full-funnel management: awareness, consideration, conversion. Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication or Economics. International mindset with fluency in Italian and English. Experience with A/B testing and optimizing strategies across different audiences, ad formats, and creative assets.
