We are looking for a person for the Global Communication Team for the strategically important expansion of our global brand awareness and relevance via digital media.

**YOUR TASKS

- Develop, implement and monitor global communication strategies for digital touchpoints (paid, owned, earned)

- Content planning for digital touchpoints and performance assessment

- Planning, implementation and monitoring of investments in advertising on international social media profiles and strategy support for local digital media planning, in cooperation with international brand managers

- Content management for brand websites (CMS, PIM) and social media platforms (business managers), analysis and interpretation of KPIs, and planning of measures to optimize them

- Contribute to the digitalization process for the broader marketing and sales organization

**YOUR PROFILE

- University degree and ideally a Masters in Business, Marketing or Digital

- 3-4 years of professional experience in the field of digital & media (media agency or on the manufacturer side in consumer packaged goods)

- Expertise in communication and brand building via digital marketing, social media and omnichannel marketing

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics

- Passion for FMCG marketing, specifically for the food segment

- Passion for teamwork in interdisciplinary and intercultural settings

- Strong project management skills (internal and external partners)

- Strong relational and leadership skills

- Fluent English is a prerequisite, knowledge of German or Italian is an advantage
