Join our team at HSAD , the in-house agency of LG , where you'll play a key role in managing the digital media planning for LG Electronics across several European countries.

As part of our team, you'll work on cutting-edge digital strategies , collaborate with top industry partners, and contribute to the success of a global tech leader.

How You Would Spend Your Day Act as the main Point of Contact for some of the key European subsidiaries.

Be responsible for managing the LG's budget.

Assist the Digital Media Lead in developing the best digital strategy and propose new activations.

Create digital media plans , including negotiations with key local publishers.

Collaborate on a daily basis with EHQ and HQ buying team to create the perfect media mix and ensure KPI achievements.

Oversee the setup of digital media campaigns and manage the creative asset workflow.

Monitor digital media campaign performance and generate post-campaign reports.

Track the PO reconciliation process for digital media.

Maintain relationships with key media partners and seek new opportunities.

Analyze research data and media/marketing insights , sharing key takeaways with clients.

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in digital media planning within a media agency.

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint skills.

Good knowledge of digital planning tools (Business Manager, GA, DV360, CM, SA360).

English proficiency (B1 or higher).

Strong understanding of all digital disciplines : Display, SEM, Social, Programmatic.

Ability to work in a team.

High attention to detail.

Analytical and critical thinking mindset.

Strong prioritization and time management skills.

Location: Milan, hybrid work model available.
