**OFFICE
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions.
Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
**THE ROLE
NGGH++ is looking for a Digital Merchandising Manager responsible for developing the merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategy for the brand.
The manager will also be responsible for maintaining a strong brand identity and for creating an omni-channel experience while improving customer experience and identifying opportunities through analysing and reporting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop promotional and merchandising strategies considering business needs specific to E-Commerce and effectively communicate differences to cross-functional teams.
- Monitor website performance and develop actionable steps to improve profitability and conversion as it relates to the promotional strategy, merchandising strategy and customer experience.
- Review weekly style selling reports and business recaps with the team to develop actionable merchandising initiatives to improve performance.
- Increase conversion and average order size through online merchandise management of best sellers, product promotions, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Oversee communication with cross-functional teams to understand the key product and trend investments with the goal of creating an omni-channel experience.
- Enhance skill set through continuous learning and relevant adaptation of our strategy to deliver sustained growth.
WHO YOU ARE
- Global e-commerce experience
- Ability to influence decisions across all levels of an organisation.
- Proven track record of devising global digital sales-enhancing strategies.
- Experience with E-commerce platforms and maintaining large sets of product data.
- Strong understanding and passion for websites, UI/UX, and visual site merchandising.
- Ability to perform exceptionally in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
