Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, Modena (Italy), we are looking for a dynamic individual as **Digital Merchandising Specialist **to oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of our recently launched marketplace, take over its merchandising and buying strategy, and open new channels to achieve our brand growth and e-commerce expansion.

The role will also include collaborating with all other relevant business units across the organization, including the Sales & Marketing, Buying, Product and IT.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

- Marketplace management of day-to-day operations, maintenance and sales

- Managing weekly inventory and sales reports

- Develop the merchandising strategy

- Plan out and execute marketplace promotions to maximize growth

- Ensure marketplace master file/product catalogues are fully optimized

- Support the Digital Content and Marketing team to make sure that digital assets are delivered on time and meet the agreed quality standards

- Develop and implement the assortment and inventory plan for each season

- Provide on-going strategic insights and recommendations of new marketplace channels for growth

- Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actions are successfully completed

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- A relevant job experience working in e-commerce, online stores and/or marketplaces

- Experience in the fashion & lifestyle industry is preferable.

- Excellent understanding of e-commerce and Digital Marketing.

**SKILLS and ATTITUDES

- Advanced English knowledge, German knowledge considered a plus

- Strong skills in MS Excel

- Analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions

- Solid knowledge in web analytic tools, platform tools and content management

- Experience with integrator solution providers

- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions

- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, in coordination with other teams

- Strong CRO and/or SEO experience considered a plus
