**Position Snapshot**:

- Nestlé in Italy, Milan headquarter

- Permanent contract

- Minimum 2 years in e-Commerce o similar role

- Experience in Digital/Social Marketing is a must

- Out Of Home knowledge will be a plus

- Knowledge of Magento & Wordpress; Hypris and Drupal is nice to have

- Familiar with onsite media or similar E-Commerce directed platforms

- Fluent in Italian and English

**Position Summary**:

Considering that the market is changing fast and the digital transformation is growing double digit also in the Out of Home channel, Nestlé is putting focus and energy approaching this new environment with a new Digital Team dedicated specifically to this channel.

The Digital OOH & E-Commerce Specialist will have to support the Manager building the Digital Strategy for this channel, contributing to accelerate a digital transformation for the Business involved, managing and optimizing all digital assets, driving media plan to achieve business.

The Digital OOH & E-Commerce Specialist will be also responsible for gathering, structuring, and analysing data to drive insights and online marketing initiatives.

**A day in the life of. . . **:

- Building a Corporate digital roadmap starting from the current mapping and developing a digital strategy for the involved OOH business (developing new asset/business models/ in order to give a boost of the e-business' performances

- Building and maintain effective digital assets along digital funnel, building digital branded contents, leading the execution of digital marketing campaigns in addition to Managing social media campaigns and CRM strategies.

- Leveraging eCommerce analytics insights and data

- Work closely with the European digital teams to guarantee synergies and driving common strategies

- Lead marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop the best eCommerce Portfolio (right Pack& price architecture) considering current and new customers

**What will make you successful**:

- Deep understanding of digital environment and mechanism (mobile, usability, funnel, retention strategy)

- Depth Search understanding (SEA/SEO/Voice Search)

- Solid experience with Google Analytics and other digital performances tools

- Project management/co-ordination skills/ Experience working in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment

- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with a variety of cross functional stakeholders

- Strong mental agility, result focus and problem solving capacity;
