About the Role
Technogym is seeking an experienced
**Digital Media Manager**, as part of our dynamic digital marketing team, to lead the implementation of our media strategy. Responsible for developing and implementing effective digital media plans to recruit new users worldwide, run lead generation, drive revenues and grow the omnichannel business.
This role will be key in nurturing the growth marketing machine efforts through online platforms, social media, third parties media networks, programmatic and digital tools, as well as developing and executing marketing plans to reach targets for building global brand awareness.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage, optimize & scale our media spend across digital platforms, help coordinate SEO/SEA efforts with ecommerce team, and oversee our advertising strategy for both acquisition and remarketing/retention. Your responsibilities will also include developing advertising plans and executing a calendar for campaigns on Google/Meta/TikTok/third parties players/etc. and new experimental channels. Experience on lead generation and ecommerce is required. You have a passion for ecommerce and are a highly analytical person with a growth mindset. You continuously innovate and keep up with trends in the marketing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Development of digital media strategy to achieve set business and brand equity objectives.
- Management of all main media channels in adherence with target KPIs (Engagement, Traffic, Search growth, ROAS, Revenue).
- Maintain relationships across other marketing departments (CRM, Brand, Go To Market, etc ) and internal stakeholders (E-Commerce, Subsidiaries, Business, etc ).
- Coordinate the media agency ensuring the consistency of the plans, timely start of the campaigns and post campaigns analysis and measurement.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to set a multichannel strategy and follow up with action points.
- Provide local input and insights for central and local campaigns into the central teams.
- Prepare analytics & reporting dashboards to be shared across markets and the full organization
- Ensure networked way of working and strong collaboration cross department and agencies partners.
- Lead paid media content briefs in closer partnership with social team.
- Partner with ecommerce team on day-to-day support for traffic generation, conversions and journey optimization.
- Work on growing brand awareness globally recommending digital media strategies consistent with brand identity and company goals.
- Collaborate with internal HQ teams to build cohesive cross-platform campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaigns in real-time, making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Create hindsight analyses to quantify the impact of each campaign and measure effectiveness of each tactic
- Act as the key point of contact for campaign platform best practices and competitive landscaping
- Define engagement and audience growth goals and create a roadmap to reach those goals.
- Create and maintain Digital Performance calendar as it relates to launches, key placements, etc. for Paid Search, Paid Social campaigns, YouTube, CTV, Programmatic and other channels.
- Strategize media plans to produce result driven ROI
- Own the budgeting/forecasting process for media spend and report KPIs weekly.
- Streamline existing workflow for efficiency, accuracy, and relevancy.
- Manage end-to-end digital projects and collateral both internally and with external agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with creative, digital and social media developments and trends.
- Monitor consumer and competitive landscape for new trends and propose new paid media investment ideas to fuel Technogym growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Digital Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in launching new products or Integrated Marketing Campaigns cross channel.
- Must have a Bachelors degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business, etc.
