As **Digital Performance Consultant** you will be responsible for the planning and accounting of performance activities for several agency clients.
Your **to-do list**:
- Be the digital expert for the client on campaign performance and optimization providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives;
- Be the day to day client contact on digital needs;
- Work in close collaboration with other internal teams to build an integrated full funnel strategies to meet client's goals;
- Analysis of the performance and profitability across all digital channels to create the best media mix and budget allocation;
- Coordinate assets and tags working in close collaboration with Campaing Management & AdOps team;
- Work with the data and the analytics team to provide insights to the client.

**Starcom** is looking for a skilled **Digital Performance Consultant** for its Milan offices!
**Qualifications
If you **have**:
- At least 2+ years of experience in digital performance media or similar role;
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and including competitive strategies marketing strategies, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends;
- Proven experience on management and optimization of performance campaigns (obj lead, sales, ROAS etc. );
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversion (i. e. Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Social Ads, Affiliation, Display and Retargeting);
- Knowledge of Analytics tools (i. e. Google Analytics);
- Proficient technology skills, including in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good problem-solving abilities;
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English;
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace and international environment;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
