The team you will be a part ofThe Digital Marketing team develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience and analyzes their effectiveness.
Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands.

As we have decided to accelerate our direct to consumer journey - making it the perfect place to take your idea and make a big impact. The role will report tothe Manager of direct to consumer e-commerce.
You will be responsible to build the paid traffic acquisition strategy and execution to make our ecommerce platforms (website and marketplace shop-in-shops) visible at the most efficient cost driving highly qualified traffic because you will be measured on the sales & profitability of paid channels. Your responsibilities will include Responsible for delivering high quality paid traffic acquisition campaigns that result in conversion, profitability and long term customer value.
Responsible for managing the budget, defining the channels and creating the media plans based on our sales targets.
Manage paid traffic reports and tracking results daily.
Bring insights on commercial and promotional actions.
Work closely with the media agency to deliver winning top, mid and lower funnel campaigns.
Evaluate the agency's performance.
Minimum requirements 3-5 years of digital media buying experience in digital media agencies or e
- commerce organizations.
Experience with pixel tracking, feed catalog, Merchant Center management and audience creation.
Passionate about data, analytics and consumer insights.
Proficient in managing independently Google & Facebook Ads accounts and google analytics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal and external (agencies) stakeholders.
