We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Performance Marketing Specialist who can join the Digital Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead with the aim to optimize digital performance strategy and support the ecommerce growth.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing data-driven online marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta and other PPC advertising platforms.
A key aspect of this role is collaborating closely with our external agencies: Media, SEO and Affiliation with the goal to deliver outstanding results.
The candidate will support the development, implementation, and optimizations of the digital marketing strategies to maximize ROI, improve qualified traffic and fuel conversion. The Day-To-Day:Support in managing paid lower funnel campaigns on PPC and social platforms. Collaborate with external media, SEO agencies, and affiliate partners to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives and deliver optimal results. Monitor closely the campaign performance, analyzing data and KPIs to optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives. Work with cross functional teams (Digital, Paid Media, Social Media) to ensure alignment and consistency across channels. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new digital marketing tools. QualificheKey Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field. 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles with a strong focus on performance-driven campaigns. Fluency in English. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with external agencies. Good knowledge of digital tools such as campaign management platforms and Google Analytics. Advanced analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
