Job description
The position is a Stage with **hiring **openings at its end, based in Padova HQ.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- During the first phase, learning learning and directly and managing the complex set of contracts, admin due-date and payament authorization processes related with the contracts with all the involved suppliers
- Learning an advanced and sophisticated scaled agile methodology (we are running a REAL scaled agile program!
);
- Writing, updating and maintaining the whole program documentation on Confluence
- Understanding, learning and maintaining a sophisticated setup of Jira, made of several projects with dedicated workflow and settings (goal: to become an Atlassian Admin!
)
- Creating appealing brief but appealing presentations (on several tools eg Confluence, PPT, Miro, etc), mainly to represent the progress status and/or the alternative options for furtherly developing the complex architectural stack (largerly based on SaleForce)
- Project monitoring and reporting, using a varierty of tools (Jira, Structure for Jira, Confluence, xlsx, Salesforce reports/dashboards, etc);
- Supporting the creation meetings minutes and following-up, making sure that everybody in the extended team is on time with the assigned deliverables.
- After the completion of the onboarding phase, you'll have to keep projects aligned with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the results across a stakeholder audience

- Studies area: IT/Communication/management engineering.

- Interest for the digital/e-commerce/integrations/software development work field;
- Basic knowledge of any project management methodology is appreciated; agile/scaled agile is preferred;
- Experience in Administration jobs/tasks is appreciated;
- English language level B2 (min) - C1 (preferred);
- Good knowledge of Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proactivity, flexibility, autonomy.
What to expect from the first approx. . 6 months:
We want you to be aware that, given the extreme complexity of our Digital Transformation program and projects, understanding and "absorbing" the whole scenario, the methodologies and the several internal and external people involved will require a deep and immersive onboarding period:
During the first months you'll be attending many meetings with internal colleagues and/or external partners and step by step you'll be involved in the first documentation and/or coordination tasks, supporting the Digital Application Delivery Manager.
Understanding our scenario will require time and patience but we are sure that you'll be enchanted by the passion and the energy that our extended team puts in every single day and in every single meeting.
