**MISSION
In charge of the execution of Sephora Italia PR and digital PR activities and strategy with a specific focus on influencer marketing projects through the coordination of suppliers, collaborators, and agencies.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the development and the management of digital strategies for influencers content distribution
- Ability to analyze key performance indicators and social media insights, influencer marketing (paid campaigns) and digital PR activities (seeding, events, organic content)
- Management of all the process of collaboration with influencers (brief, execution, follow up, results analysis)
- Implementation of multi-platform Influencer Marketing campaigns for Sephora and its exclusive brands cooperating with the media team for budget, strategy definition and for the construction of cross projects (owned and earned media channels)
- Responsible for managing the seeding calendar ensuring the correct execution and monitoring of the activity in cooperation with the PR agency of the day by day
- Managing relationships with key internal (Ecommerce Team, CRM, Offer, HQ) and external (suppliers, collaborators, agencies) stakeholders
- Monitor new trends and social platforms to create innovative and relevant influencer plans for the community
- Participate in the organization of PR activities aimed at supporting the brand's business (masterclasses, in-store activities, press days, brand meetings)
- Elaboration of monthly and quarterly reports on Influencer Marketing and Digital PR activities with the PR agency
**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Great experience in Digital PR or Influencer Marketing
- Knowledge of the social media ecosystem and of the main types and features needed for content on different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Twitch)
- Experience in management and organization of shootings for the creation of native or institutional content / B2B or B2C events with talents and influencers / seeding (scouting, submission, follow up, results KPIs)
- Creation of digital contents for different platforms
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics
- Flexible attitude and dynamic personality with a strong orientation to results
- English is a must
