- The _**_Digital Product Manager - Focal Point EMEA _**_operates within the Aftermarket Connected Services team which has the primary objective to bring and advocate to the market the Connected Services defined and implemented by team across segments and brands in the region. _
- Your goals are to support the ideation and the communication of the service portfolio in coordination with the Head of Connected Services Product Management.
You will support the service development through the adoption of agile process based on a continuous collection of inputs from internal stakeholders, customers, competition and technology market trends. _
- The team works on several products and services to achieve our goals; our dynamic environment allows the team members to experience different aspects of the job accordingly with their own personal experience and aspirations. _
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate communication of important features developments and project updates between departments.
- Support the Brand and Technical Support Team on dealers formative process and other connected and non-connected services related interactions;
- Manage the Dealers Piloting Process for EMEA Region;
- Support the Technical Corner Team on ideas or issues on delivering value through their expertise areas.
- Organize logístically visits to Dealerships across the region
- Collect dealer feedbacks on new and existing features trough UX Interviews;

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct report of Head of Connected Services Product Management
- Engage Digital function of the different segments in coordination with the rest of the team.
- Support Aftermarket functions of the different Segments in coordination with the rest of the team and Aftermarket Strategy.
- Direct coordination of services lifecycle cooperating with system integrators (Digital Product & Operations / ICT / Technology / Suppliers).
- Periodical Service Portfolio assessment in coordination with Customer, Dealer Network and 3rd party market specialist.
- Coordination and support of Digital Competence Centers team (Global key user/experts for each segment: ~10 people).
- Single point of technical contact for Connected Services partners (external suppliers).
- Ideate, Detail and Implement Connected Services to maximize customer and company value.
- Backlog management, user story creation / breakdown and engagement in agile ceremonies such as sprint and increment planning.
- Secure validation/approval of business cases and support roll-out activity of new services in coordination with Brand, Digital and Aftermarket functions of the different segments.
- Periodical Services portfolio evaluation and gap analysis in order to continuously reposition and redesign as part of the Digitalization journey.
- Coordinate communications from regional level to global corporate functions.
- Lead initiatives in a cross-cultural environment of a global organization defining procedures and business flow for each service.
- Management of specific business processes, best practice and technology solutions, supporting and sharing this to all segments and aftermarket functions: ongoing analysis, assessment and review of business integration of Connected Services.
- Stay up-to-date about market/competition changes
Follow and/or attend applicable trade shows and/or conferences to get a feel for overall market trends and present on CNH Industrial related topics.
