**Tasks and responsibilities

- Drive standard process, governance, and continuous process improvements across the division to improve the Program Management consistency and processes

- Constantly look for improvement of processes and tools in order to further evolve program management methodologies to ensure process and program delivery quality and scalability

- Develop solutions to program challenges, and direct others for successful completion of project on time and on budget toward achievement of program objectives

- Establish, document and ensure that processes for digital marketing execution are followed

- Facilitate meetings and develop rollout plans and procedures

- Research industry trends and report opportunities

- Responsible for evaluation and perspective on new technologies, trends and industry best practices across the digital advertising landscape

- Proactively seek approvals, fill gaps, and track down answers as needed

**Skills and Qualifications

- Relevant degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Design, Engineering, MBA, Communications, Technology, Project Management

- 5 years of experience in the same role in an international context

- Experience with international e-commerce

- Minimum of 5 years of proven and progressive digital sales and marketing business development experience or equivalent

- Understand the fundamental solution being developed/deployed - its business value, roadmap, how it fits with the overall strategy or business operations, risks

- Proven ability to build relationships, engage and influence others, work with a diverse internal and international user community, partners & vendors

- Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent English and Italian

- Resident in Switzerland or Italy
