Digital Project Leader
oProject Management processes including methods and tools; quality, stakeholder management, scope, time, cost, risk, communication, procurement and how to integrate these processes. oAgile methodologies, frameworks and with a strong agile mind-set. oChange management methods and tools. Proven ability and experience in planning, setting-up, managing and executing a successful rollout of digital products and deliver results in a country. Ability to deliver in times of change and uncertainty, with the business goals, customers and co-workers in focus. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders of different seniority levels across the organization. The ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Italian.
Key responsibilities (title) WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Key responsibilities (text) -Plan, manage and monitor digital initiatives/activities required to ensure a successful solution launch. Support the Business Project Leader, who led the solution implementation from a business perspective, working together in each of the launch phases (PoC, Pilot, Roll-out, Handover)-Lead technical aspects in the gap assessment from the country with Digital Product Teams—Identifying key dependencies for the country and ensuring country technical readiness for the launch. Ensure work package components with technical dependencies are readyto execute for the launch by working closely with the italian Digital Deployment team. Inform Digital Portfolio & Deployment Leader (the person who will report to) of any issues/challenges to execution of a work package for a launch in the countries. Orchestrate across relevant Digital Product Teams to resolve major incidents in flow, keep track of status and progress and communicate the progress to affected stakeholders. Transfer knowledge gained from the Digital Deployment Support team to teams from subsequent countries. Responsible for planning, managing and delivering technical activities in other assigned projects (e. g.
IT expansion), including time, cost, scope and quality.
Identify, mitigate, monitor and control technical risks. Perform project reporting, through providing Digital Portfolio & Deployment Leader with key milestones updates and content for measuring and following up project quality and performance.
Drive continuous improvement of project quality and performance in assigned projects.
