**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Digital & Social Strategy Manager, as **Digital Project Manager** you'll be working with the Digital & Social Strategy team to design and create the right strategy for our digital platforms, take advantage of streaming opportunities and develop strategies and plans to improve our business.
You will lead the implementation, rollout and follow-up of digital projects within the AstraZeneca digital strategy, collaborating with brand teams, omnichannel strategists, IT, insights, external communication, market access, legal and compliance.
The role broadly includes the following key components:
- Foresee and drive effective and innovative digital strategies aligned with brands' strategic imperatives, proposing innovative digital solutions;
- Outline web and digital communication plans in an omnichannel perspective, both on the clinicians and on the patients side, starting from specific customers' needs and defining OKR for each digital initiative;
- Manage web portals and mobile apps development and maintenance, coordinating the cross functional team, the external agencies and collaboration with AZ Global;
- Collaborate in the strategic definition and implementation of digital solutions and projects, in collaboration with the cross functional team and synthesizing requirements from cross-functional teams to create and maintain web-roadmap and deliver on it.
- Measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the digital channels and solutions developed, starting from the definition of the OKRs and measuring the returns on investment based on KPIs and timelines.
Establish success metrics/goals and measure/analyse performance of digital projects;
- Identify new digital trends and new technologies that play a key role in journey of our stakeholders and monitor of external web environment and competitive intelligence with data reporting;
- Do business planning and web project prioritization, manage expectations of executive team and report on web-site deliverables;
- Manage all activities and account relationship according with Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures and Italian legislation;
- Closely cooperates with the cross functional team and drive digital projects using an agile approach.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Educational background, preferably in the fields of Economics sciences, Engineering, Design or equivalent
- At least +7 years in digital project management roles in dynamic and innovative sectors (TLC, banking, digital agencies, consulting etc.
)
- Proven experience of delivering structured digital projects (website, ecommerce, mobile apps)
- Proven experience in Adobe Suite (AEM Adobe Experience Manager, Tealium, Target, Analytics) and knowledge of HTML
- Proven knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Digital advertising, E-mail marketing, social media, etc.
)
- Creative, innovative and positive thinker and communicator: able to find solutions in a complex context and able to prioritize the activities in relation to business needs
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Familiar with agile methodology in order to manage new projects in sprint sessions
