Be the main contact person for the customer and be in direct contact with project stakeholders, technical PM, Development, and Testing within the software development processOutline the requirements for concepts and prototypes by providing the details to the design team and validating them with key stakeholders &the development teamElicit and clarify requirements, manage the product backlog and work closely with the Product Owner/Product Manager on the customer side for roadmap and prioritizationBuild and write user stories to support the backlog vision and share it with the other project/program playersIdentify business needs and high-level project scopePlan and refine the product backlog with a focus on delivering valuable increments, taking into account all three perspectives user, business and technicalMonitor and control project scope/alignment with business goals and roadmapManage the day by day team operations, including recurring client meetings at operational level. Real impact one step at a time You will have an impact on the projects evolution, as well as full responsibility for day by day operationsIt's important to also have a keen eye for design and details, as the team work is founded and based mainly on design of new products/experiences and servicesProfessional opportunitiesIn this role, you will interact with different stakeholders to understand the business context and support them in the digital transformation process.
