As a member of the Artificial Intelligence **TOBi** Team with focus on **TOBi Sales**, the main mission of the role will be to guarantee the best selling experience on TOBi (Vodafone Digital assistant) across channels (Voice and Display)

**Job Objectives**:

- Be responsible for TOBi sales (both mobile and fixed products) and manage budget plan and its review;

- Monitor and optimize conversational selling experience by analysing customers' conversations working on UX/UI and on Conversion Rate;

- Manage relationships and day-to-day activities with Operations to convert complex sales;

- Manage day-to-day activities with Marketing CVM to ensure the customer offering/Outbound campaigns;

- Work with cross-functional teams in agile methodology;

- 4-8 year working experience in marketing in digital companies or digital sales;

- Excellent analytical mindset, high attention to detail and desire to make improvements;

- Hands-on knowledge of Digital/AI solutions - improving resolution and customer satisfaction;

- Strong communication and presentation skills, enthusiasm and motivation; fast learner and team player;

- Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian;

**Education and experience**:

- Degree in Economics/Engineering with experience in Digital/AI.

- Experience using Microsoft BotFramework is a plus.
