Digital Project Specialist
Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group's hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.
An exciting opportunity exists for a talented
Digital Professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys. This role is based in the office in
Milan, Italy.
1. You have minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Role preferably in the Luxury or Luxury Hospitality-/Travel Industry
2. You set yourself apart through your personal accountability to deliver with excellence
3. You are structured, well organized and know how to navigate in a matrix organization
4. Strong knowledge on the Digital projects lifecycle
5. You are a fast learner and tech savvy
6. You are familiar with Product Information Manager (PIM) platforms
7. Knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
8. Openness to travel occasionally to the HQ in Geneva
**Digital Project Management**:
- Plan, execute, and monitor tasks and timelines, facilitating collaboration and communication with IT;
- Collect and define digital requirements based on Business needs;
- Monitor delivery plan of new implementation;
- Assist on UAT and bug reporting;
**Product Information Management**:
- Assist on Sales Opening using our Product Information Management (PIM) platform;
- Manage product information quality and consistency across Digital Channels;
- Monitor translations processes through the PIM;
- Identify business opportunities and increase conversion rate;
- Coordinate content updates and business rules updates;
- Run Quality Check and Testings.
