We are looking for a pro-active, precise & data-driven person who will join our client project as:

**DIGITAL PROJECT SPECIALIST

This position is full time, based in Ticino near CHIASSO (45 minutes from Milan, 20 min from Lugano, Como, Varese, Brianza).

Digital marketing training is provided thanks to a close relationship with an operations/consulting team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience (at least 3 to 5 years) in a similar position in web advertising agency (or web agency);

- Strong analytical mindset and attention to details;

- Good understanding of IT & Quality Assurance;

- Good understanding of digital & search marketing services;

- Positive attitude, precise, focus on respecting deadlines & deliverables.

- Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools (Zoho, Basecamp, Asana, Trello).

- Strong emotional intelligence, teambuilding skills, good communication

- Good negotiation skills in buying complex digital marketing services

- Fluent in Italian, good English.

**Key Responsibilities

- Planning, scheduling and monitoring project tasks & deliverable together with operations / accounting;

- Managing project progress along with operations team, accounting and external partners;

- Builds, maintain and improve relations with suppliers and partners;

- Briefing and selecting outsourcers/ partners on digital marketing activities;

- Monitor project budgeting, reporting, timesheet;
