- The Digital Retail & Omnichannel Intern will play a crucial role in the seamless integration and optimal functionality of digital retail tools, omnichannel solutions, and clienteling processes. He/she will drive the successful testing, validation, and implementation of new features, ultimately enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the brand's competitive edge in the retail landscape**RESPONSIBILITIES

- Digital Retail Tools- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing developments.

- Create comprehensive manuals to facilitate the understanding of new functionalities.

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to app usage

- Testing and validation of newly developed features.

- Omnichannel- Perform rigorous testing and validation of recently developed features.

- Develop clear and user-friendly manuals to elucidate new functionalities

- Clienteling- Engage in benchmarking exercises to evaluate and compare functionalities against those of brand competitors, encompassing processes like appointment booking and newsletter management.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
