This position is an outstanding opportunity for an open-minded individual to operate in a start-up environment with the full support of the American Express and subsidiary Loyalty Partner organization.
PAYBACK is the world's largest Loyalty Management company operating in Germany, Italy, Poland, Austria and Mexico that allows hundreds of Partners in different industries, Retailers, Service Companies and Online Shopping sites, to engage and reward 60 million customers, through an outstanding and powerful multichannel marketing platform.
Digital Sales is a key area of growth and focus for PAYBACK.
The person will report to the Head of Reward Store and Financial Partnerships and is a phenomenal opportunity to expand digital marketing skills and drive tangible growth for the business, in a diverse, fast-paced, and challenging environment.
In particular, the position will contribute to the start-up and growth of the PAYBACK Marketplace as well as support Digital Sales Account Management activities.
**How will you make an impact in this role?
- Support the delivery of digital marketing plans and the definition of CRM campaigns, and drive their execution.
- Analyze the results of above plans and CRM campaigns through critical metrics analysis with pre and post-campaign analysis to identify and recommend improvements to boost performances.
- Financial data management, complete insights & prepare reports for key partners in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Supervise SLAs and support the execution of corrective actions as appropriate.
- Coordinate PAYBACK customer care support.
- Collaborate on the implementation of Digital Sales Partners initiatives.
**Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing and/or media planning.
Solid understanding and experience with digital channels/platforms to drive direct conversions.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or similar.
- Proficient in Italian and in English.
- Independent and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organization, precision and capability to respect deadlines.
- Proactivity and ability to find creative and unconventional solution.
- Teamwork attitude.
