What you will do
The Digital Services and Innovation Coordinator will be responsible for
managing current digital service providers, scouting new suppliers and solutions while identifying and executing new digital innovation projects.
The goal is to enhance our digital presence, engage with consumers, be closer to them, and encourage online purchasing of our products and services.
This position sits in the European Headquarters within the IoT and Brand Division in the Digital and CRM Team.
Current supplier Management:
- Oversee, manage, and develop relationships with current digital service providers ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals. - Activate new markets and/or enable new features to the already covered ones. - Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure service quality and alignment with business goals. - Monitor service delivery efficiency as measured by response times and issue resolution while maintaining internal stakeholder satisfaction.
Scouting New Solutions:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with current regulations in different countries. - Continuously identify and evaluate new digital service providers and solutions, considering both industry advancements and legal obligations, to enhance our online presence. - Onboard new solutions and/or service providers and integrate them to enhance our online capabilities with a "pilot" approach while ensuring compliance with legal standards. - Evaluate and select providers based on their ability to align with our long-term digital strategy, with our infrastructure capabilities, and enhance user experience.
Innovation Project Management:
- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of digital innovation projects to enhance consumer engagement and support online conversion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure successful project implementation. - Conduct post-project assessments to ensure that each innovation aligns with consumer expectations and improves the overall digital experience.
Customer Engagement and Conversion Improvement:
- Working closer and collaboratively with colleagues in charge of CRO, Content, and Data you will work towards improving the overall consumer experience through digital channels, developing new strategies to support consumers in their decision-making process, and supporting the conversion improvement by implementing initiatives to encourage and facilitate conversions and online purchasing of our products and services. - Collaborate with local marketing teams to identify and develop strategies to support business needs.
Establish regular cross-functional meetings to share insights and develop strategies for improving user engagement and conversion. - Monitor and enhance the online purchasing process to ensure a seamless and positive user experience.
All the aforementioned activities encompass comprehensive contract management, wherein you will assume full responsibility for negotiation phases, budget management, and the assessment of opportunities for scalability and return on investment aiming to enhance operational efficiency and achieve cost-effective solutions.
Additionally, you will be tasked with demonstrating the effectiveness of projects, showcasing their value for the company, and persuading markets and stakeholders to invest through the development and presentation of compelling business cases setting tailored Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with the specific needs and priorities of your organization.
What you need to succeed
Must Have:
- Strong understanding of digital trends, technologies, and consumer behavior and has in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, has a strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies, and is aware of constraints and opportunities of working with a custom CMS. - 5/7 years of professional experience in a similar position in multinational companies, agencies, or consultancy with the ability to interact in a complex and structured environment. - Proven experience in managing digital services and implementing innovative projects.
