Digital Services Product Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As Digital Services Product Manager you will be part of fast-paced team that is delivering high-quality digital-enabled services ensuring we serve our customers to more profitable fleet operability and maintainability.
You will be shaping the future of TPS Digital Services to improve customer operations and impact their key KPIs.
- Create the product's vision and strategy, oversee its integration into a larger strategic Digital Services roadmap, as well as its continuing execution.
- Work closely with TPS Services businesses in order to understand customers and business goals, prioritize them, and offer the best solution
- Engage continuously with customers and stakeholders to understand their business goals and motivating factors.
- Lead customer and stakeholder interviews to align product design
- Working collaboratively with engineers, designers, and data scientists/analysts
- Drive the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and deliver product features and functions by balancing customer need with business strategy,
- Balance priorities and resources to make business-critical decisions
**QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS**:
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5-years experience in technical roles or on programs/project execution
- Proven program management ability
- Strong Business Analysis skills and ability to translate requirements to enterprise software features
- Prior experience with a focus on managing technical projects and developing new products
- Proven experience in the digitalization space
- Proven ability in coordinating multifunctional teams
- Strong systems thinking capability
- Ability to identify a goal or objective and develop plans and strategies
- Problem-solving attitude to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Decision-making skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a global environment
- Team building attitude
- Strong positive attitude about performance and teamwork
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in English and Italian
- EU Work Permit
