The core responsibilities of the role are: Guaranteeing support in the management of the activities necessary for the preparation and realization of the shoot.

Coordinating the needs and requests of all the players involved (photographers, models, post-production, style offices, product manager) during shooting.

Collecting complete technical product information for the image description.

Qualifiche 1. 01 Ensures that the spaces for the shooting, photographic set, showroom and storeroom are tidy and well organized according to needs. 1. 02 Takes care of the planning and management of sample orders according to the shooting plan and business needs. 1. 03 Supports the Team in administrative and logistical management in preparation for the shootings (quotes and contracts, sample shipments, casting, travel and accommodation for suppliers). 1. 04 Participates in the shootings and provides assistance on request, coordinating internal company needs with the timing of external suppliers. 1. 05 Deals with the technical description of the product, codes and materials, coordinating with the different Brand offices for the correct collection of information. 1. 06 Prepares, monitors and updates the shooting plan and the related administrative documentation. 1. 07 Supervises the management and archiving of post-shooting administrative documentation (invoices, bills). 1. 08 Supports in the system coding and archiving of the contents taken (and related updates) ensuring consistency and quality of the system image. 1. 09 Promotes the development of Role learning through activities proactive, team and digital, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities. 1. 10 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within one's function in relation to both process management and relationships with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business. 1. 11 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community.
