Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

- Ensuring that digital content is consistent and accurate across all digital touchpoints (socialmedia, newsletter, website, marketplace)

- Website content and e-commerce visual update

- Social media planning and strategy focusing on:

Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube,

Pinterest, Linkedin, Weibo, WeChat and RED

- Social community management

- Newsletters layout creation and coordination with third-party for scheduling, sending and

analysis

- Coordination of digital marketing campaigns across targeting / re-targeting, SEO /digital

advertising)

- Data analysis reporting of Social Media, digital marketing campaigns and newsletters to ensure

accurate campaign spending and monitor/improve performance (Le Guide Noir, Google

Analytics, Salesforce)

- Collaborating with third-party agencies and internal teams to manage workflows and ensure

projects are delivered on time and optimizing towards KPIs

- Management of third-party agencies for copywriting and translations

- Management of a calendarfor multi-channel

Profilo

- 4-5 years of experience in Digital world

- Experience with Luxury Brands

- Good knowledge of Google analytics and GTM

- Excellent knowledge of social media

- Good knowledge of Chinese social media landscape

- Passion for digital, new technologies & related trends

- Strong organizational skills with constant attention to details

- Problem solving combined with ability to work in a team

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Positive mindset and flexible

- Solution oriented with ability to effectively multitask in a rapid work environment

- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to build relationships with key internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies

- Think 'outside the box' - bringing new perspectives and ideas to the table that result in

significant business improvement

- Basic Editing and Graphic support a plus (Photoshop)

- Salesforce commerce knowledge a plus
