**Purpose of Position**:
**Description of main Activities /responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement creative digital content across various company channels.
Coordinate with internal teams (graphic & video production and category managers)
- Manage and grow IRCA Group's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), including community management.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage editorial calendars for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Coordinating and supervising digital editorial plans for other countries, liaising with local trade marketers.
- Creating and updating content for the company website.
Managing website content to align with commercial objectives and strategic goals.
- Developing and distributing engaging internal and external newsletters.
- Collaborate with the Communication Manager to execute the digital strategy.
**Requisitions**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- ** Professional skills**: Project management, digital savviness, good data analysis skills
- ** Language skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (fluency in English is essential)
- ** IT Skills**: Proficient in the use of MS Office and familiar with social media and online communication
- ** Soft skills**:Communicates effectively and written and verbal communication skills; Able to work independently and as part of a team, with highly collaborative style; Develops strong working relationships with colleagues across departments; Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with ability to re
