Digital Success Manager - Toscana & Sardegna
Position Overview
As the Digital Success Manager at Straumann, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our digital equipment, including imaging systems, CAD/CAM technology, and other digital solutions. You will work closely with dental professionals, clinics, and dental laboratories to understand their needs, provide customized solutions, and achieve sales targets. Your role is pivotal in promoting our digital product portfolio and expanding our market presence.
**Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with dental professionals, clinics, and laboratories to build strong relationships and understand their digital equipment needs.
Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our digital solutions.
Solution Customization: Collaborate with customers to tailor digital equipment packages that meet their specific requirements.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiation, pricing, and contract finalization.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and results to the Head of Sales.
Training: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and attend training sessions to remain current on digital equipment advancements. Provide training opportunities and support on the digital equipment and services to the rest of the field sales force.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or dental related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the dental or medical equipment industry.
- Strong digital affinity and understanding of digital dental equipment, imaging systems, and CAD/CAM technology.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% for customer visits and industry events.
