He /she will be hired with a 2-year apprenticeship contract for our division located in Milan.

**What part will you play?

You will add to our diversified team strengths and you will support our digital and cultural transformation journey.

In particular, you will help us:

- Increase awareness and usability of MyGrowth - our Key Enabler for a #GrowthMindset including various development tools and experiences to enable employees to learn, grow and remain resilient and relevant in a permanently changing environment.

- Build awareness and promote #Diversity, #Equity and #Inclusion in all organizational levels and contribute in creating a strong sense of belonging to each employee regardless of what group she/ he identifies with

- Continuously improve employee experience by contributing on various projects of simplifying, improving, digitizing and harmonizing P&O processes

- Improve our clock speed by promoting agile methods, such as Kanban and exploring and exploiting digitalization and automation opportunities

- Actively participate in various employee communities and contribute in employee engagement actions such us internal social media campaigns

**What you need to make real what matters**:

- You are under 29 and you have a University Degree

- You have entrepreneurship and passion to work in a fast moving, innovative and technology oriented working environment

- You are keen to live out of your comfort zone and you truly believe that there is something new to learn every day

- You have excellent English and Italian language skills, international student experience will be seen as a plus

- You are a digital native and you know how to analyze sensible data, facilitating hybrid/virtual meetings and events, engaging virtual communities.

- You are familiar with agile principles and methods such as Design Thinking, Kanban & Scrum.

Any relevant certification will be considered a plus (e. g.

Agile Coach, Scrum Master)

- You are an expert communicator with high emotional intelligence
