Digital Transformation Manager
Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
Within the Digital Channels area we are looking for Digital Transformation manager, which is a key role to deliver the Group strategic objectives related to development and scale-up of digital tools, driving the convergence and knowledge sharing.
Digital Transformation manager will:
- Manage the worldwide digital initiatives targeting to improve the digital maturity of the business units within Generali Group, such as:Global Digital Roadmapping program and Group Digital Best practices
- Co-moderate the Biometrics Community of practice and will support the BUs to invent and implement added value innovative solutions.
Digital Transformation manager will work together with the Group Head office functions and Generali Business Units on:
- Digital maturity regular assessment (business and IT) and analysis performed with the Generali BUs
- Supporting the Business Units to deliver locally the digital strategy and transformation roadmap
- Collecting and distributing the best digital practices within the Group
- Supporting the training programs related to digital skills improvement
- Share assets, best practices & knowledge within the Biometrics Community
- Support the Digital channels team on central partners management
- Preparing and delivering project management documents and presentations
**Must have
- At least 5 years' experience working in the insurance industry or in consultancy dealing with digital transformation projects, being part of the experience acquired in international environment
- Excellent educational background, preferably in the fields of business management
- Experience with main market digital solutions (e. g.
Salesforce)
- Proficiency on digital technologies and trends
- Interest and passion for innovation and disruptive technologies
- A good understanding of database fundamentals, Agile methodologies, Software and web development methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong leadership, teamwork and people management skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Capacity to influence stakeholders using business acumen
- Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in management of cross-cultural and remote teams
