**Posizione**:
Within the Information Technology department based in Padova, the Digital transformation Project Manager will be involved in the World-Wide Digital Omnichannel Transformation Program of the Group.
Under the supervision of the Digital Transformation Manager, He / She will coordinate the implementation of digital touchpoints projects and the roll out across different countries in different regions (including, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific)
- Has between 4 and 9 years of experience in IT Project Management roles
- Has good knowledge of retail operations and e-commerce
- Has proven experience in managing projects in multicultural global environments
**Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to design, deliver, test and successfully roll-out the Omnichannel Transformation program in each country
- Ensure project scheduling, managing any potential deviations from the project plan and sharing the project status to key stakeholders (including status, issues, risks, and activities)
- Coordinate the collection and the formalization of the requirements
- Set priorities based on users' needs work closely with the Central Core team and the local stakeholders to ensure a complete alignment
- Effective communication and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
- Initiating and facilitating documentation
**Requisiti**:
- IT Governance
- IT organizational models
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (demand, delivery, test, etc.
)
- ITIL Service Management processes
- Project Management skills
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel world wide
- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
