The Digital Wealth Management structure has the objective to innovate, design and manage digital tools for the network of private consultants

The person who we are looking for have to deal with the following activities:

- Define business requirements for the development of new digital tools and functionalities for financial advisors

- Test new digital tools and functionalities

- Prepare communication and support material at the launch of new tools / features

- Monitor project activities and manage the relationship with internal and external parties involved in the project

- Manage and update the contents of digital tools

- Prepare reports and analytics

- Prepare benchmarking and market research on innovation and digitalisation

**Must have**:

- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering

- Excellent academic profile, completed within the expected time frame

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Powerpoint and Excel

- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken

- Basic knowledge of financial markets and instruments

**Previous Experiences**:

- Previous experience is desirable, especially in financial or digital industry

- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

- Goal-oriented attitude

- Good level of initiative and enjoys problem solving

- Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Works well as part of a team and is a team player

- Interest in the financial industry

- Propensity to digital and innovation
