Digital Wholesale Key Account Manager**:

Reporting into Head of E-Commerce EU you will be responsible for **driving online accounts business **in Europe** **.
Your goal is to drive sales and ensure profitability of the e-customers channel in line with brand's positioning and 3YP objectives
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Act as main point of contact for European e-customer and digital key accounts building long term strategic partnership during all the phases of the relationship (sales campaign, order process, commercial negotiations, replenishment opportunities, business reviews meetings )
- Owning sales planning process and annual/seasonal target definition
- Negotiate budgets and commercial conditions with our e-customers and execute agreements
- Collect and analyze data when available (sell-out, inventory, traffic) of e-tailers sites in order to support internal strategic decisions
- Provide weekly reports on e-customers performances
- Define specific sales and marketing initiatives with strategic accounts
- Leading and motivating the e-customers team
- Identify and propose new potential business opportunities, growing areas and new channels
- Work closely with merchandising team in order to identify and develop opportunities to grow the business
- Monitor in coordination with Countries the digital presence of Brick and Click accounts
- Ensure efficiency in operational processes among European customers in collaboration with Customer Service team
The role will work in close cooperation with:
- Global e-commerce team
- Merchandising team
- Regional Marketing / Content team
- E-com Operations team
- Customer Service
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing international online accounts for a fashion company
- Strong knowledge of European fashion online distribution landscape
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales forecasting and digital merchandising reporting and analysis
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills and strategic insight
