The Digitalization Assistant Manager (DAM) is responsible of developing and improving new projects related to e-commerce, mobility and digital Customer Experience, in accordance with Company vision and plans.

By gaining the collaboration of all the involved parties, DAM delivers effective projects able to meet Customer's needs.

S/he is proactive in seeking new ideas, suggestions and solutions (even out of automotive industry) to define and improve the value proposition of the projects.

The DAM is keen in managing projects and stakeholders with high precision and autonomy and is target oriented to meet deadlines and achieve expected milestones.

The DAM ensures that new projects are developed on schedule and that the related platforms are properly administered and maintained.

Proposes strategies to exploit as best as possible the online channel for new cars sales, Subscriptions and all the relevant Digital projects.

More in details, for **Online Sales**, the DAM:

- Maintains the online platform, displaying updated offers and contents

- Suggests the best strategy to make the channel as attractive as possible, including marketing plan

- Delivers regular and ad hoc reports about the project results and trend

- Runs market benchmarking to keep the best offer positioning

- Supports the integration and synergy among other projects like Smart test drive or Subscription project

For **Car subscriptions** project:

- Defines the business case with a correct benchmark study

- Supports the developments of IT infrastructure and Customer Experience

- Takes care of the relationship with external parties to run the operations

- Gives support to Dealers in case of need

For all the other projects involving a digital contact with Customers, the DAM is involved to define processes and Customer/Dealer journeys.
