Specification and detailing of the digitalized eco-system are the responsibility of this role as well as leading the detailed design and implementation (design- & build-phase) with suppliers (internal and external), including realization and finally the hand-over to the operation organization.

Furthermore, a continuous improvement and challenging of the status quo is expected. Leading the Digital Road-Map developmentAnalysis and specification of the manufacturing digitalized eco-system, including the according interfaces and collaboration with suppliers (MES/APS, shop-edge/data lake, AI, interfaces, track & trace, digital labor management)Definition of project execution plan, deliverables and timelines, project budgetsDetailed architecture and specification of systemSearch and evaluate suppliers and collaborative work to firm offerJoint detailed engineering (design phase) with supplier in-line with specification, performance and costsSupport and guide the installation and commissioning (build phase) of system until hand-over to operationOn-time execution of the defined projects within the assigned budgetContinuous improvement and outlook for manufacturing improvements in respect of digitalizationMember of a (cross-functional, cross-locational) international project teamAdhere to corporate social responsibility principlesRequirementsSelf-Starter and Energizer – Proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance performance of the system.
