Reporting to the Direct Enrollment Manager, the Direct Enrollment Officer handles the domestic and international direct enrollment process, working on the qualification and follow up of leads and joining all promotional events within the Campus and online.

- Recall for potential students and provide them bureaucratic and administrative support for facilitating the enrolment process;

- Meet personally (in campus and online) students and families in order to give all orientation information and to maximize prospect conversion.

- Join all the promotional events organized within the campus and online, in particular Open Days, and personal counseling sessions in order to support and maximize the enrollment campaign.

Supports the Educational Counsellors to schedule the enrollment presentation to the schools.

Furthermore, he/she has solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Customer and target oriented with sales, relationship and strong planning and organizational skills.

Able to work under deadline pressure.

Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is key.
