**JOB DESCRIPTION: Procurement Buyer

**Reporting to**: Direct Procurement Manager

**Team**: Supply Chain - Procurement

**Location**: Sesto San Giovanni (MI)

**Contract**: Permanent

**Type of role**: Hybrid

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate according to the Procurement Guidelines for the Direct Categories within Supply Chain, with focus on and primary and secondary packaging

- Spend analysis looking for definition of actions that will add value

- Execute sourcing tasks for the assigned categories at local level and in alignment with Group Procurement

- Manage contracts with respect to deadlines and renewals

- Monitor KPIs for the assigned Categories and identify any actions for improvement

- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholder

**ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

- Between 1 - 4 years of working experience in structured/multinational procurement department

- Knowledge about supply chain & procurement cycles

- Knowledge in packaging and raw material

- Advanced level of English

- Working experience in a cross-cultural environment and in a matrix organization preferable

- Experience in SAP, other ERP system with focus on Purchasing is nice to have
