We are Hiring: Direct Support Worker (Healthcare Assistant) - Empower Lives Every Day!

**Locations**: Dublin, Meath, Louth, Cavan, Kildare, Wicklow

**Salary**: €14. 50 - €16. 50 per hour

**Contract**: Permanent, 84 hours/fortnight

**Shifts**: Week 1 - 3x12-hour shifts | Week 2 - 4x12-hour shifts

**Role Responsibilities

Provide individual-centred care and support

Assist with personal care, daily activities, and community integration

Encourage and facilitate social inclusion and independent living

Support residents with meal preparation, household tasks, and medical appointments

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care

**What You Need to Apply

**Level 5 Healthcare Qualification** (FETAC Major Award or equivalent)

Experience in a care environment

Understanding of cognitive rehabilitation techniques

Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities (desirable)

Full manual **driving license** (desirable)
