What you will do
We are looking for an D2C Manager to welcome in our Italy Sales Team.
ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage and growth of Haier Italy D2C Business (E-Commerce and Company Outlet)
- Improve user experience
- Constantly focus on improving the customer experience on virtual and physical shop and think of new implementations and enhancements to be implemented
- Analyze and provide insights around e-commerce KPis with GA and other systems
- Assure brand and products are correctly represented with a continuous customer centric strategy and in line with brand value and communication strategy
- Manage and check on budget and forecasting
- Define D2C strategic action plan in order to achieve business targets
- In charge of the D2C P&L
- Manage on-site assortment and the relative stock forecasting
- Define the strategic Promo Calendar Plan
- Suggest, coordinate and monitor key strategic partners (HQ team, and external agencies)
- Analyze website metrics data and other KPIs and determinate business improvement opportunities
- Analyze funnel KPIs to improve customer experience and drive conversion rate
- Generate new ideas to boost the growth of D2C Channel
- Create new Partnerships with strategic stakeholders (e. g.
B2B sales
- Coordinating with other teams such as CRM, Media, Marketing, Customer Care, Logistic
What you need to succeed
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital or related fields
- Working from 3 to 5 years in the same role in International Companies or Retailers
- Fluent English
- Strong skills in e-commerce, SEO, social media, mobile, web analytics, web marketing and project management
- Knowledge of Retail & Store Management
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, good at prioritization
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Business and retail goal oriented
