Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Account Leader, the Account Manager will work with the account team managing the relationship with a large Italian customer.
The main objective of the account team is to deploy company strategy, pursue company and client targets and identify and develop new business opportunities and support and drive client's business decisions
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver Mastercard strategy
- Understand Client strategy, needs and deliver Mastercard sales targets
- Be responsible for day-by-day account management activities for the assigned account
- Identify, develop, and pursue business opportunities
- Support and coordinate projects execution across multiple functions
- Contribute to the delivery of MC solutions
- Be responsible for specific business segments and areas
- Work closely with Client and develops relationships with client stakeholders
- Support analytics to manage | monitor client business
- Develop presentations docs, sales proposals, business cases
**Requirements**:
- Talented professional with successful experience in primary business organization, preferred financial services, cards, payments or another related field
- Strong Sales, Business Development or Consultancy backgrounds
- Strong leadership and motivation
- Problem solving and ability to work in complex environment
- Team-player with strong collaborations skills
- High ability to lead projects end to end
- Relationship skills at all levels
- Excellent problem solving, analytic capabilities and business acumen
- Results-oriented and customer-focused
- Very good presentation skills, written and oral (Italian and English)
