**The Business Segment Leader, Clinical Ancillaries, delivers day to day customer and financial commitments and implements mid
- and long-term strategies for profitable and balanced growth bringing to bear full portfolio of clinical supply services to meet customer needs for products used in clinical trials. They will use their industry knowledge, business insight, and collaboration skills to build strategic customer relationships, market intelligence, supplier partnerships, and innovative end to end solutions. They will lead a diverse and inclusive hard-working distributed team with the initiative, expertise and tools that build differentiated solutions and an outstanding customer experience. They are a key member of the BioServices & Specialty Logistics leadership team responsible for driving organic growth and rapidly growing margin through outstanding talent, robust processes and service capabilities that differentiate Thermo Fisher Scientific in the pharma and biotech markets. **:
**What will you do? **:
- ** Develops and implements AOP in partnership with finance to deliver/exceed financial P&L.commitments: revenue, EBITA, organic growth, margin expansion**:
- ** Designs and drives Clinical Ancillaries services STRAP and value proposition, external and internal**:
- ** Furthers relationship development with CRG to ensure alignment maximization and service excellence with targeted customers/markets**:
- ** Align targeted accountability with commercial teams globally to develop strategic client relationships and build pipeline to meet financial targets short and long term**:
- ** Improve customer allegiance score (CAS) through excellent client service, project management, risk mitigation, and speed. **:
- ** Lead a hard-working, engaged, accountable diverse and inclusive team of highly skilled professionals and lead talent pipeline to anticipate business needs. **:
- ** Develop talent and sets a higher standard on performance through regular interaction and assessment, training and development, and accountability. **:
- ** Consistently deliver on business objectives through prioritization, operational focus and critical metrics. **:

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:
- ** Proven record of success delivering business objectives and leading through influence. **:
- ** Pharmaceutical or related experience. **:
- ** Strong management experience, with global leadership experience. **:
- ** Familiarity with clinical supply chain, CROs, Clinical Ancillaries procurement, and other parties involved in delivery of clinical supplies to patient. **:
- ** Able to travel ~25% of the time, including internationally. **:
- ** Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making in a sophisticated and fast paced environment. **:
- ** Sound administrative and leadership skills**:
- ** Ability to effectively interact with, empower and develop diverse personalities. **:
- ** Proficiency in skills required to read, understand, and enforce to the SOPs and policies of a GMP environment. **:
